Privacy Policy

Effective: July 13, 2026  ยท  Last updated: July 26, 2026

This policy explains, in plain language, what information Think Home Service LLC (“Think Home Service,” “we,” “us”) collects when you visit thinkhomeservice.com or contact us about a capital partnership, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to thinkhomeservice.com and to business communications you have with us about a potential or active capital partnership. It is written for business contacts — owners, operators, and marketing leads at home service companies. We are a business-to-business company and we do not knowingly collect information about your customers or homeowners through this website.

This policy does not cover third-party websites, ad platforms, publishers, or CRM systems you use in your own business, even if we work alongside them. Those services have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and company details — name, business email address, phone number, company name, role, trade, and service area.
  • Partnership details — the information you choose to send about your current lead campaigns, monthly lead spend, publishers, budget range, and goals.
  • Messages — anything you write in a form field, an email to us, or a call or meeting we take with you.

Information created in the estimator

The figures you type into the on-site estimator are processed in your browser to display an illustrative split. We do not need those numbers to be submitted to us unless you choose to include them in a message.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Cookie and similar data — see Data & Cookies for the full detail.

Information from other sources

We may supplement what you tell us with publicly available business information (for example, a company website, licensing record, or professional profile) to confirm fit before a conversation.

We ask for the minimum. Please do not send us sensitive personal information — government ID numbers, financial account credentials, health information, or homeowner-level consumer data. We do not need it to evaluate a partnership.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether a capital partnership is a fit.
  • Prepare and discuss a proposal, including recoup and upside-split terms.
  • Operate, secure, debug, and improve the website.
  • Send you business communications you asked for, and occasional relevant updates you can opt out of at any time.
  • Keep ordinary business, accounting, and legal records.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and unauthorized access.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

5. How we share information

We share information only where it is needed to run the business, and only with parties bound to handle it appropriately:

Email and communications toolsReceive and reply to your messages
Analytics providersUnderstand aggregate site usage
CRM and document toolsTrack a partnership conversation and issue agreements
Professional advisorsLegal, accounting, and insurance advice
Authorities or acquirersLegal process, or a merger, financing, or sale of the business

We do not share your campaign details with other operators, and we do not publish your numbers or name as a case study without your written permission.

6. We do not sell your information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California and similar state privacy laws. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies: some are strictly necessary to serve the site, and some are analytics tools that help us understand how the site is used. You can accept, reject, or clear non-essential cookies at any time.

The full breakdown — what each category does, how long it lasts, and how to turn it off — is on our Data & Cookies page.

8. How long we keep information

  • Inquiries that do not become partnerships — up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Active partnership records — for the term of the agreement plus the period required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
  • Website analytics — typically 14 months in aggregate or pseudonymous form.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner; see Your privacy rights.

9. How we protect information

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls limited to people who need the information, reputable vendors, and least-privilege practices for the tools we use. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any regulator as required by law.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Delete information we no longer need to keep.
  • Opt out of marketing email (use the unsubscribe link, or email us).
  • Opt out of non-essential cookies and analytics.
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave.
  • Appeal a decision we make about your request, or complain to your regulator.

To exercise any of these, email michael@realpartnermarketing.com. We will verify your request by replying to the email address we have on file and respond within 45 days, or sooner where required. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

11. State and regional disclosures

California (CCPA/CPRA)

In the past twelve months we have collected the categories described in Section 2 (identifiers, professional or employment-related information, commercial information, and internet activity), for the business purposes in Section 3, from the sources in Section 2, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients in Section 5. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request.

Other U.S. states

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and others) have access, correction, deletion, portability, and appeal rights. Use the contact in Section 15 and tell us your state.

UK and EEA

You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests, request restriction, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

12. Children’s privacy

This is a business website. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. International visitors

We are based in the United States and our vendors generally process information in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., and we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) with vendors where required.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we will make the update clear on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
