Terms of Use

Effective: July 13, 2026  ยท  Last updated: July 26, 2026

These terms govern your use of thinkhomeservice.com, operated by Think Home Service LLC. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Accepting these terms

By accessing the site, submitting a form, or emailing us through the site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy and Data & Cookies notice. If you are using the site for a company, you confirm you are authorized to act for that company.

2. Who may use the site

The site is intended for business use by people 18 or older who operate or represent a home service business. It is not intended for consumers seeking home services, and we do not perform home services.

3. Informational purpose only

Everything on this site is general information about Think Home Service and the kinds of capital partnerships we may consider. Nothing here is an offer, commitment, guarantee, projection, or a solicitation of an investment. Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice. Please consult your own advisors before acting on anything you read here.

4. No binding relationship

Filling out a form, using the estimator, emailing us, or speaking with us does not create a client, agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, lending, or investment relationship. Any actual engagement requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If there is any conflict between this site and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

5. Estimator and illustrative figures

The estimator is a simple calculator. It uses only the numbers you type and applies straightforward arithmetic to illustrate a recoup-then-split structure. It is not a quote, an underwriting decision, a forecast, or a promise of results.

Results are not guaranteed. Advertising performance varies with market, season, offer, staffing, speed to lead, close rate, and many factors outside anyone’s control. Real terms, real investment amounts, and real attribution methods are defined per engagement in writing.

6. How a partnership actually works

For clarity, the model described on this site works like this: we may invest our own capital and media-buying expertise into lead campaigns you already have working, through your existing publishers. You continue to book and perform the work and own your customer relationships. We recoup our invested capital first, and then we split the remaining upside with you. Specific percentages, attribution rules, reporting, and duration are agreed in writing before anything starts.

7. Your submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send us and you confirm you have the right to share it. Do not send confidential information you do not want disclosed unless we have a signed confidentiality agreement; we will still handle business information sensibly, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send suggestions or feedback about the site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use them without obligation to you.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or its data.
  • Interfere with the site’s operation, including scraping at a rate that degrades service, or using automated tools to overload forms or endpoints.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the site or its content.
  • Use the site to send spam, malware, or unlawful communications.
  • Use the site or its content to train a competing commercial product without our written permission.

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

9. Intellectual property

The site, its copy, design, brand, logos, and underlying code are owned by Think Home Service LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own internal business evaluation. All other use requires our written permission.

10. Third-party links and platforms

The site may link to third-party sites, publishers, or ad platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or performance. Your use of your own advertising accounts, publishers, and CRM remains governed by your agreements with those providers.

11. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and we may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Think Home Service LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to obligations under a separately signed partnership agreement, which has its own terms.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Think Home Service LLC harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or the rights of a third party.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting each other. If that fails, the dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction. Claims must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to them, to the extent allowed by law.

16. Other terms

  • Entire agreement — these terms, plus the Privacy Policy and Data & Cookies notice, are the full agreement about your use of the site.
  • Severability — if a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver — not enforcing a provision does not waive it.
  • Assignment — you may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of the business.
